The primary efficacy endpoint is the annualized asthma exacerbation rate during the 52-week treatment period. All patients will receive their prescribed controller medications without change throughout the study. The study comprises a 5-6-week screening period, a 52-week treatment period and a 12-week post-treatment follow-up period. The study population includes approximately equal proportions of patients with high (≥ 300 cells/μL) and low (< 300 cells/μL) blood eosinophil counts. NAVIGATOR ( NCT03347279) is an ongoing randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in adults (18-80 years old) and adolescents (12-17 years old) with severe, uncontrolled asthma, who are receiving treatment with medium- or high-dose inhaled corticosteroids plus at least one additional controller medication with or without oral corticosteroids (N = 1061). This article reports the design and objectives of the pivotal phase 3 NAVIGATOR study. In the PATHWAY phase 2b study ( NCT02054130), tezepelumab significantly reduced exacerbations by up to 71% in adults with severe, uncontrolled asthma, irrespective of baseline disease phenotype. Tezepelumab is a human monoclonal antibody that blocks the activity of the epithelial cytokine thymic stromal lymphopoietin. Patients with severe, uncontrolled asthma have a significant unmet need for new treatments that have broader effects on airway inflammation, and that provide greater improvements in asthma outcomes than currently approved biologics and standard-of-care therapies. 10 Global Medical Respiratory, BioPharmaceuticals Medical, AstraZeneca, Barcelona, Spain.9 Biometrics, Late Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Gothenburg, Sweden.8 Biometrics, Late Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Gaithersburg, MD, USA.7 BioPharma Study Management, Late Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Mississauga, ON, Canada. ![]() 5 Late Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Cambridge, UK.4 Late Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Gothenburg, Sweden.3 Translational Science and Experimental Medicine, Early Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Gaithersburg, MD, USA.2 Late Respiratory & Immunology, BioPharmaceuticals R&D, AstraZeneca, Gaithersburg, MD, USA. 1 Royal Brompton Hospital, Sydney Street, London, SW3 6NP, UK. ![]()

4/29/2023 0 Comments Pillars of eternity steam guide![]() I would definitely give PoE's DLC a god, it's the best content in that game and really addresses a lot of issues people with various aspects from writing/presentation and combat/itemization. Each faction has their own flavor, some more practical and grounded, while others dabble more into the souls and gods aspect of the series. There's a lot of variety to be had there. ![]() The real meat and potatoes is in the four main factions and exploring the Deadfire itself. The main quest is more of a carrot on a stick than some meaty entree. They always felt present and aware of the events going on around you and reacting to your choices. ![]() They chime in while you're talking to other NPCs, provide additional dialogue options and can conflict with your choices a lot more. So instead of having some long and ever developing one on one dialogue with companions that ends with a big quest line you instead have a fair number of one on one convos, but much smaller character specific quests and in exchange companions participate in normal conversations and activities from the main quest all the way to super minor quests. A lot of people dislike that the game doesn't feature as deep or complex of companion specific quest lines, but instead drastically increases your companions interactions and involvement within all areas of the game. Another big problem with PoE was that there were all those Backer Characters whose minds you could peer into which turned off a lot of people and kind of didn't jell with the game very well and a whole lot of people didn't realize were Backer Characters and not part of the main game and something they didn't have to actually read.Ĭompanions in Deadfire are really good. You don't have many events where you're doing that soul dive stuff reading first person accounts for like 15 minutes like you did PoE. Many people find combat in RTwP chaotic and confusing, and it can be, but it doesn't have to be that way if you learn the systems and understand the rules.Ĭlick to shrink. The souls stuff is still a pretty big part of the game, but the whole Watcher stuff is a bit more subdued. Timing and using certain abilities in tandem so get the most out of your party. Having to constantly position and manage your party members, their positions and abilities. RTwP and Pillars are a lot more focused on character and party builds. Most people seem to really enjoy the experimental nature of it and the more approachable nature of TB in general though. Again for me, while very creative in it's chemistry and environmental interactions I found DOS's TB combat way too slow and tedious. Especially with the direction each studio took their games. Character interactions and party interactions are a lot more important and developed as well.Ĭombat wise they're drastically different TB vs RTwP are worlds apart in how they operate and feel. If you are into world building, lore, history and such it's hard to find a better recent series than Pillars. ![]() It's not full grimdark and dower 24/7 though, especially Deadfire. Pillars is far more grounded despite also being a fantasy setting, it treats and explores its setting and magical elements seriously. DOS2 was a marked improvement, but still wasn't my thing. Far to irreverent and fanciful with their approach to dialogue, characters and world building. Personally I found the Divinity game's to be too weak in the writing and story department. Click to shrink. Both are excellent cRPGs, but are very different despite being in the same genre. ![]() 4/29/2023 0 Comments Julius tennon![]() “So, we wanted to create narratives and characters that lived full lives, that are fully realized human beings, and then just tell a story around that. “The tropes and the stereotypes are so pervasive for people of color, we wanted to get away from that because as Viola just said, we’re more than that,” he said. They were distinguished from taverns because they served food as well as wine, the table was covered with a cloth, and the price was charged by the plate, not the mug. National history French taverns Ĭabarets had appeared in Paris by at least the late 15th century. The word cambret, itself probably derived from an earlier form of chambrette, little room, or from the Norman French chamber meaning tavern, itself derived from the Late Latin word camera meaning an arched roof. The term was used since the 13th century in Middle Dutch to mean an inexpensive inn or restaurant ( caberet, cabret). The first printed use of the word kaberet is found in a document from 1275 in Tournai. The term originally came from Picard language or Walloon language words camberete or cambret for a small room (12th century). In the United States, striptease, burlesque, drag shows, or a solo vocalist with a pianist, as well as the venues which offer this entertainment, are often advertised as cabarets. The entertainment, as done by an ensemble of actors and according to its European origins, is often (but not always) oriented towards adult audiences and of a clearly underground nature. Performances are usually introduced by a master of ceremonies or MC. The audience, often dining or drinking, does not typically dance but usually sits at tables. The performance venue might be a pub, a casino, a hotel, a restaurant, or a nightclub with a stage for performances. Cabaret is a form of theatrical entertainment featuring music, song, dance, recitation, or drama. ![]() |
